VBS 2008 "Power Lab"

This years theme for vacation bible school was "Power Lab"
Daily Bible Points, stories, and verses are:
1) Jesus gives us the power to be thankful. Luke 17:11-19, Colossians 3:15
2) Jesus gives us the power to help others. John 9:1-41, Romans 12:13
3) Jesus gives us the power to be brave. Matthew 14:22-33, Psalm 23:4
4) Jesus gives us the power to live forever. Luke. 23:26-24:53, John 14:19
5) Jesus gives us the power to tell others about God. Acts 2:1-47, Mark.16:15




The girls had so much fun, like they do every year. Madilyn tried it again, but would only stay if mom helped, so she only went a couple of days. Kamrie, Danielle, Raquelle and Braxton were in G4 and loved their crew leader, and Madilyn was in the Squeaky Beakers group with Mrs. Barbie and Ms. Mary, they are the sweetest ladies and all the kids love them.

This is the ball that was their outreach for the year. They bought these balls for children in Africa and made a special card to go with it.
